Payments and service providers

When online payments are enabled, the selected payment provider, Yoco or PayFast, processes your payment on its secure checkout. We do not collect or store your full card number or security code. We receive payment references and status updates. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver booking correspondence. Providers may process information outside South Africa under their applicable privacy terms and safeguards.

The booking form uses a short-lived security cookie to help prevent fraudulent submissions. WordPress also uses cookies for administrators who log in. This website does not currently add advertising trackers. Basic server logs may contain your IP address and browser information for security and troubleshooting. Retention and access

We retain booking and payment records only for as long as necessary to manage bookings, resolve queries and meet applicable legal obligations. Access to booking records is restricted to authorised administrators. Private booking and invoice links provide access to your details, so keep these links confidential.
